About Mandatory fields
Some forms require data entered before they will save.
Perform Zone requires the name and primary email address as a minimum for a person, and Trading name for an employer. This is to ensure clean data for importing.
You can save a job without filing any fields out if the job status is set at anything except Active.
You can also set your own fields as mandatory in the Settings area.
Mandatory fields are shown with an asterisk next to the field.
