How do I associate candidates to Job Functions in bulk?
- Ensure that your Job function list is complete.
- Create a CSV file that includes a column each for Field and Specialisation. You will need either the candidate or ID or email address column as a minimum.
- Go to Candidates and import your CSV file, assigning your Field and Specialisation columns.
Specialisation import must have field imported to in same csv.
Specialisation must be sub field of ‘Field’ in the My Site lists in settings.
If you import field and specialisation where the specialisation is not a sub category of the field in that csv line, the specialisation will not import, but the field still will.
