How do I show only available candidates?

Select Advanced from within Resume SEARCH
Select Available after date and enter todays date

Why aren’t my all resume search keywords highlighted in green in my resume viewer?

The highlighting code only works for “and” searches.
The good news is that your search results are accurate.
If you search within the downloaded document you will find all search words will be in the document

It does not highlight searches such as (fred or john).
It will highlight searches results for (fred and john)
