- Perform Zone tags the email as coming from you.

- You will be able to see in outlook that they are not in Perform Zone
- You press “add candidates”.
- A pop up appears that allows you to check the data before saving.
- Perform Zone tags the candidate email as coming from you
Unsubscribe
Pressing the unsubscribe buttons allows you to opt them out from receiving marketing.
Why did the outlook add-on save the person’s name as their email address?
The outlook plugin uses the candidates or contacts email display name to create their name in their profile within Perform Zone.
This is the most reliable data available in the email to use (email signatures are too random to rely on)
If sender’s email software does not have a display name set up, their email display name defaults to their email address.
When you first go to add a person via the outlook plug-in, a form pops up with the extracted name and email address populated.
This gives you a chance to edit the candidates name before saving to your database.
Does the Outlook plugin prevent my emails from being sent?
No. The outlook plugin does not process outgoing emails.
It only reads incoming emails.
It is possible that receiving emails with large attachments will slow down your Outlook as they are being uploaded and saved into Perform Zone by the outlook plugin.
Emails would still have been sent once the outlook process had been completed.
