Basic User test
- Add an Employer with included contacts
- Create a float code against a contact for that employer
- Create a Job, filling out all the fields in the Job Details Tab
- Create a Gun Candidate Alert
- Advertise the job (but make sure that the Job Alert button is un-ticked before you click ‘go live’)
- Manually add a candidate (and assign yourself as a stakeholder)
- Add a Job Alert to the Candidate
- Assign the newly created candidate to the new job.
- Create a Coversheet for the candidate
- Set up a Bulk email to relevant candidates for the new job. (Do not send it, just save it)
- Move a candidate through to ‘Placed’ for a job
- Assemble rejection letters to unsuccessful candidates (do not send it, just save it)
- Set up a manual Job Alert (do not send it, just save it)
- Create a new Candidate Communications Template under the Newsletter Category.
