How do I export spreadsheet data?
Only ADMIN users can export data.
CSV files can be exported from Job, Employer, Contact or Candidate lists.
- Run a search to show the data that you’d like to export
- Select Export from the ACTION button.
- Select all the data fields you want to export by ticking the boxes in the list.
- Type in the name of the file you want to export – this is so you can identify it later.
- Click the ‘Begin Export’ button – this will start the export and the records exported will show on the list to the right.
You can close the window and logout of Perform Zone if it’s a large export – it will be waiting for you in the export window next time you log in.
Click Refresh List. Once the export shows ‘Complete’ in the list, you can double click it, and the option to ‘download’ will appear.
