How do I extend a Contractor?

Set the placement systems templates to the Extension templates

1. Go to Settings>Templates.
   Select Application Summaries from the “Assign Templates for” drop down.
2. Select the Contract to Candidate template.
   Select the Contractor Extension template on the right hand side (located in Internal>system templates), and press Set Template as Default
3. Select the Contract to Client for Candidate template.
   Select the Client Extension template on the right hand side, and press Set template as Default

Update the placement details

1. Open the job the contactor is currently Placed in.
   Select the PLACEMENTS form from within [+] Applications tab
2. Update the placement details (start and end dates as a minimum) and press SAVE.

Generate and send the contractors extension paperwork

1. Press CONTRACT TO CANDIDATE from within the PLACEMENT forms Documents Templates list
2. Save the file as a word file to your internal Contracts folder.
   Use the Reference number contained within the Contract as the file name.
3. Send a copy of this file to the contractor

Generate and send the Clients extension paperwork

1. Press CONTRACT TO EMPLOYER from within the PLACEMENT forms Documents Templates list
2. Save the file as a word file to your internal Contracts folder.
   Use the Reference number contained within the Contract as the file name.
3. Send a copy of this file to the Employer Contact for the job.
