How do I skill a Candidate?
There are several ways
- From within the CANDIDATE’s profile,
select the SKILLS tab. - From within the APPLICATION form
Complete the skills required for the job they have applied for - The Candidate skills themselves
Within your job application on your website, or in your websites candidate registration page.
When you add skills you can add comments, expiries, year commercial experience (YCE) and yes/no tags.
When you first start using Perform Zone, you’ll be set up with the default skills drop down list to select and create skills with. You can change this default to show a fixed list of skills with tick boxes, allowing you to multi select skills. This means you can add skills faster.
