Locating missing data
Ever have that feeling that you’ve created a profile – but can’t find it? Here are a few tips:
- Someone may have deleted or merged the profile.
Search within the RESTORE option in the ACTION button. - Someone may have archived the Candidate.
Change the SEARCH option in CANDIDATES to include archived Candidates - You may be searching on wrong spelling.
Do partial searches on names, phone numbers and email addresses in the Keyword search.
