Standard Outlook Plug-in

Please note this plugin is not supported by Perform Zone’s help desk or developers.
The plugin will disable if your outlook crashes and is compatible only with Outlook 2007.

With one click you will be able to add the details of a candidate (First name, last name, email address, resume) who has emailed you their resume and upload it into Perform Zone automatically.

The system will search for the candidates email address in your database – if found it will update that candidate, adding any attachments that came with the email, and putting in a comment with the emails body and subject heading. (It will not duplicate the candidate)

If no matching candidate is found, it will add a new candidate profile to your database.

To do this it will use email address, first name and surname from the display name of the email, add the contents of the email and add any documents attached to the email to the new candidate profile.

How do I install the Standard Outlook Plug-in?

The Perform Zone Standard Outlook plugin only works with Outlook 2007.
For 2010, use the Advanced Outlook Plugin.

Download the installation file from this link: http://try.performzone.com/plugins/3Hats.zip
Close your Outlook.
Extract the contents of the zip file to the desktop (if not sure how try using WinRar or Winzip)
Run the vstor.exe and complete the installation Wizard.
Run the setup.exe and complete the installation Wizard.
Open Outlook.
Press the padlock icon that appears in your Outlook toolbar and update your details.

The URL is the web address that you use to log into Perform Zone.
The user name and password are your user login details for Perform Zone.
