VMS

Vendor Management System (VMS) is an add-on.
The add-on allows you to act as a Vendor Manager, receiving applicants from multiple recruitment agencies, and/or act as a recruitment supplier to a company using the VMS Add –on. Contact support@performzone.com to activate the VMS add-on.

Perform Zone has its own Vendor Management System in place and services clients as a Vendor Manager.
If you are a recruitment agency, you can register to become a vendor to Perform Zone by clicking on http:// www.performzone.com/recruiters/tenders/

The Vendor managers Add-on we call VMS, the vendor or agency’s version we call Agency.

The Vendor Manager authorises certain agencies to provide recruitment services to them.
They can then pass job details to their supplier agencies with the click of one button.

The Agency can respond by sending their applicants back to the Vendor manager’s VMS.
Each has their agency and client has their own database.

How do I create a group of vendors?

Creating a group of vendors allows you to authorize and assign specific vendors to service each of your clients. Ask Perform Zone to create the group.

How do I create a new Vendor?

Each person who works for a Vendor has their own unique login.
You can manually create a Vendor and authorise them.

  1. Open the Contact that you want to Authorise
  2. Tick Authorise VMS Login
  3. Assign them a password
  4. Assign them to a VMS group

Next step is to tell the contact their login details.
These are their email and the password you assigned.

How do I temporarily block an Vendor user from using VMS?

Click Block VMS login.
This allows them to still see the list of jobs they can submit candidates for, but prevents them from logging in.

How do I post a job to my vendors?

Select the Group that you would like to Post to within the ADVERTS section for the Career Centre.
