tadv stands for Tag of Advertiser.
It is a code that is added by Perform Zone to your adverts application page.
The tadv code allows Perform Zone to know the source of the applicant when they apply for each job.
The candidate’s source is shown in your applicants list when processing candidates.
It also appears in the candidate’s profile. The candidates profile shows the original source (they may have applied for many roles).
The tadv code allows you to generate accurate reports on where candidates are applying from. These can be accessed from the reports part of Perform Zone.
For example, your job application page may be:
31 is the tadv code for a Manual Job Alert.
You would use this when sending a job alert to a large number of candidates that you have located from a Resume search.
The Perform Zone reports area would then be able to show you how many candidates came from this source of advertising.
Candidates would be tagged in their profile as Source = “Manual job Alert”, and in Process as “Job Alert”.
Shows that the candidate has applied from SEEK (tadv=1) for job reference number 5206 and advert number 4200
If you do not have a tadv code, the default source is “website”

Please let us know if you would like us to add your own tadv codes to this list.
Doing so will allow you to generate reports that accurately show how many candidates have applied to your advertisement based on a specific advertiser.
Unfortunately adding a new tadv requires our developers to be involved to code, test and document. This means will be a small cost incurred to add a new tadv code.
