NEW FEATURE Users of SEEK’s Talent Search tool will be happy to know that candidates they download will be automatically added into Perform Zone. If you use SEEK’s “Talent Search By Job” option, downloaded candidates will also appear in your jobs Database list.

Perform Zone is now automatically opting out from email marketing any person that you email who’s email does not exist anymore. This saves you from slowing down your server by repeatably emailing them.

Adverts

NEW FEATURE We’ve code now that automatically re-posts your SEEK adverts after they expire. To learn more about this feature and activate it, call or email us.
We’ve improved the advert spell checker accuracy.
When you post to Career Centre, your advert will also be posted on Indeed’s free job board.

When you put your job on-hold or close it, a pop up appears asking if you’d like your SEEK advert taken down.

Job Applicants

We’ve made some changes to assist in cover sheet creations.You can now see which applicants have been downloaded from SEEK talent search. They display with Source set to”Seek TS”. We’ve improved the Gun Alert function “Use job Details” so that you can get a faster match to your job.

You can now insert interview details (time, person meeting, and location) into your templates. We fixed a bug in searching by applicant Level field.
When viewing applicants, the candidate at the top of your list will be automatically selected, saving you a click.

NEW FEATURE We have successfully piloted a mobile friendly way for your employers to review the applicants you have sent. This includes your notes and their edited CV. They can rate them and send you feedback all from within their mobile or desktop. You can brand the page and preview how it looks. PZ has a button that generates a templates email with a link to your submitted candidates. Call us if you’d like to know more.
Default sort is based on Application stage.
NEW FEATURE We’ve created a new columns called “last updated” that shows you the last time the candidate made contact with you, including updates on your website, applying for jobs, sending emails and SMS and the recruiter speaking to them. This helps you sort by who is most “approachable”.

Moving a candidate from Shortlisted to Interview no also creates a Task reminder for when the interview has been set.

NEW FEATURE We’ve created a new automatic marketing tool that manages your regular bailouts. With s you can schedule sending pre-defined marketing emails to pre-defined cohorts of candidates and contacts. This tool removes the human-in-the loop from needing to create mailing lists and send them. Your mailing list is updated based on opt outs and new subscriptions. Call us to find out more.
